Option 1: Mail In Returns
Step 1) Do not schedule an appointment
Step 2) Make Copies (do not send originals) of your W2's, 1099's, any mortgage statements or year end tax information.
Step 3) Print and fill out this Tax Organizer. This will give us all of your basic information.
Step 4) Mail all copies of forms, deduction lists and cover sheet to the address below and drop us an email at Kevin@PoliceTax.com to let us know your package is on it's way.
Step 5) We will complete your return and email you a copy.
Step 6) Once you have approved the final return, you will sign and fax back the 8879 signature authorization forms for the federal 1040 and California to 562-683-0362.
Step 7) We will get you efiled.
