Step 1) Click the Login button below and schedule an appointment with us. There is a space for notes when you make an appointment to let us know that you would like a fax and phone appointment.
Step 2) Fax in all of your W2's, 1099's, any mortgage statements or year end tax information along with the deduction sheet that applies to you.
Step 3) Please fill out this Tax Organizer that has most of the information we will need to complete your tax return.
Srep 4) Fax in all of this information at least 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment time to 562-683-0362.
Step 5) We will call you at approximately your scheduled appointment time to discuss your return with you over the phone.
Step 6) We will email you your return. Once you approve, you will sign and fax us the 8879 signature authorization form for the 1040 and California to 562-683-0362.
Step 7) When we receive both forms 8879, we will efile you.
